Our 4-bedroom home is set in the exclusive gated community of Sunset Lakes. This premier development is just 3 miles south-west of Walt Disney World and offers a quiet, relaxing base for visiting Florida’s many attractions.
The home is furnished to the highest standard throughout. There are two spacious master suites, both with large en-suite bathrooms. The upstairs master has a large balcony with stunning views over the lake; the second master has patio doors leading out onto the terraces and pool area.
Two further twin bedrooms share a full bathroom in the other wing – one of them Disney themed.
The spacious rooms are decorated in Floridian pastels with upgraded furnishings, including a lounge, dining room, family room and a fully fitted American kitchen with a breakfast nook overlooking the pools and lake. Downstairs there is a powder room, a utility room with a large washer and dryer, and a remote-controlled double garage.
Outside you will find a 30′ × 15′ swimming pool and a separate 8′ children’s pool with waterfall (heating available), a covered lanai, and the largest sun deck on the estate, plus an easy-to-use electric barbecue. Our home is fully licensed and meets all fire and safety regulations.
