Terms And Conditions

The arrangements are made subject to the following conditions and receipt of the booking fee confirms that the client understands and accepts these conditions. In the event of a dispute they will be quoted to you.

  1. When the booking has been accepted the clients shall pay the specified non-returnable deposit, which will go towards the cost of the clients holiday. We of same can accept no responsibility for any delays in receipt of deposit and the confirmation. The remaining balance must be paid not later than 10 weeks before departure.
  2. A security / breakage deposit of £200.00 will be included on the Invoice. This deposit will be refunded to you no later than 6 weeks after your return, subject to a status report from our managing agents in Florida. This is to cover excessive and extreme use of electricity (e.g. Air Conditioning on full, with external Doors open), excessive cleaning costs and chargeable phone calls, and any damage, breakage & loss to the Villa and contents.
  3. If clients cancel the holiday, or we have to cancel the arrangements due to clients failure to pay the balance due within the time allowed before departure, the cancellation charges are as follows:-

    All cancellations must be confirmed in writing, and will become effective from the date received. The same applies with changes to bookings. Your dates are not automatically interchangeable. If you wish to change your dates, you are effectively cancelling and rebooking your holiday, and cancellation charges, with a minimum of £200 payable, apply.

  4. We, the owners, strongly advise that the client take out adequate insurance to cover possible cancellation as soon as booking is confirmed. We cannot accept any liability for i> Death, ii> personal injury, iii>sickness, iv>accident, v>delay, vi> loss of luggage  vii> Loss of personal effects or any other misadventure which may occur whilst renting our accom.
  5. Groups must be of the size specified on the booking form, to a max of 8 incl children. Failure to comply will render the booking void, and forfeit your security deposit.
  6. THE VILLA IS  STRICTLY NON-SMOKING. This keeps the Villa clean and odour free, and avoids triggering the sophisticated smoke detecting system.
  7. The Barbecue is provided as an extra, in a self catering Holiday. It is not part of the cleaning teams duties to clean this. If it is reported as left dirty, £20.00 will be charged out of your Security Deposit, which is the price charged to me for the extra time and staff to clean it.
  8. On your departure day, it is very important you vacate by 11 am. It takes a minimum of 4 hours to clean for the next occupants. If there is any excessive cleaning that takes more than 4 hours, you will be charged accordingly, at $20 per hour. It is very helpful if you can leave any sheets & Towels you haven’t washed in the Utility Room. In the case of any problems over cleanliness, breakage’s, or any thing that the Management inform you of, their decision is final, and therefore this must be sorted out promptly.
  9. Please leave the Villa as you find it. After making it your home, for your stay, please try to ensure Towels, bedding and Crockery are returned to their correct Cupboards, and the Pool Furniture and Table Tennis Table are stored in the Garage. Thank you.
  10. You are responsible for your own and your children’s behaviour during your stay. Quiet time on the Estate runs from 10pm to 8am.
  11. Please understand, when booking Pool Heating, that the temperature can only differ from the Air temperature 10 to 15 degrees. This is more than adequate, it is not a Jacuzzi, and it would be unhealthy to run it so. Take care not to go into the Villa with wet feet, as any Tiled or laminated floors can be slippy when wet.
  12. Our Team of Managers are at your disposal, but try to show consideration over the time of telephoning over none urgent requests.
  13. It is absolutely essential that you enjoy your holiday ~ if you are unhappy about anything at all, please telephone Florida Leisure straight away.
